Felix Vargas

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at Certified Mortgage Planners, my goal is to ensure my clients have the best experience possible. From the time they complete their application to the signing of the closing documents, I strive to ensure the process for the clients is seamless and that I deliver superfan service.

I started my career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer in 2005. While I enjoyed my position as a Loan Officer, I felt my attention to detail was better suited in the processing department, so I became a Processor and started my path on the operations side of mortgages. I moved my way up into a Sr. Processor position where I spent time learning the aspects of processing, underwriting, and compliance. After a few years as a Processor, I became an Operations Manager until 2019 when I was promoted to VP of Operations for the Equity Prime Mortgage Orlando office.

As of 2023, I have moved back into sales as a Mortgage Loan Originator where I can use my 17 years of operations experience to give my clients and referral partners the education and service they deserve.

When I am not assisting clients with their mortgage needs, I love to spend my time with my wife and son, getting my Jeep dirty on the trails, camping, fishing, and traveling. I love the outdoors!
