Shaunna Wooten

Shaunna Wooten has 22 years in the real estate and mortgage industry. As part of the first internship program with Us Homes and subsequent work with local home builders, she has extensive experience in all phases of the home building process and purchase market. Since moving from Realtor to Mortgage Professional, she is well versed in all aspects of the mortgage process and enjoys sharing this knowledge with borrowers of all walks of life. Her passion is to help borrowers navigate the extremely challenging mortgage world to end in a successful closing celebration. Listening to borrower’s wants and needs, helping to plan a family’s future during one of the largest purchases made in their lives to date, and helping make those dreams a reality is extremely rewarding. Growing up in an Army family throughout hometowns across the US and living abroad in places such as Germany, Barbados, and Australia, traveling is an important family pastime shared with her husband Mike, 22 year old son, Harrison, and 17 year old daughter, Shelby.
