My wife Debbie and I recently moved here from California to be close to our son and daughter (2 of our 5 children) and 6 young grandchildren who recently moved here from Hawaii and Utah. Going way back, played football, basketball, track, trumpet and French horn and was also a drama geek with leads in several musicals..Graduated cum laude with a BS in Accounting from University of Idaho also with a BA in Spanish with a business option.

Worked for Ernst and Young as a management consultant, was a young CFO managing 3 large continuing Care Retirement communities where I gained a love for seniors which has influenced my decision (after many years in finance, commercial and residential real estate and mortgages) to spend the last decade or so of my career giving them a great option for their financial plan with a reverse mortgage to take advantage of the equity in their homes for a enhanced lifestyle. Which will also enable them to help their families while they are alive to enjoy doing so.rather than having their heirs wait for them to die so they can fight over their estate.

Currently living in Sun City Center where I get to hang out with seniors (me being one of them) and participate in some of over 150 clubs, singing and playing guitar, tennis pickleball with a ton of potential clients while working with all the wonderful people I have met and look forward to meet at CMP.
