Terri Hatfield-Dull

Working with Certified Mortgage Planners, Terri Hatfield Dull is a top producing loan originator serving hundreds of families every year in both purchase and refinance needs. Her ability to make her clients feel at ease, as well as her ability to think outside the box has earned her a stellar reputation among her clientele. In just the last year, Terri’s team has funded almost $60 million in transactions. She attributes her team’s enormous success and growth to her strategic alliances with realtors, financial advisors and other professionals, who appreciate her commitment to service. As a Mortgage Professional, she is highly trained and very knowledgeable about what is going on in this ever-changing mortgage industry. Terri has extensive product knowledge and experience in purchases as well as refinances. These loan types include Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA loans, as well as many non-conforming portfolio options.

Terri earned a BS and Master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida. She is super proud to be part of the founding committee that launched the Rotary Club of Horizon West where she currently serves as President Elect. She is also very active as the Secretary/Treasurer of her Downtown Orlando Chapter of BNI. Other networks include being a member of the West Orange County Chamber of Commerce and Horizon West Professionals.

Outside of originating loans and networking, you may find her volunteering to serve the communities most vulnerable. Terri is blessed to be married to her best friend. She is a proud Mom to two children and three bonus kids as well as her cherished fur babies, Tator Drew, Lucy Leu, and Lily Rae.
